Time for a change up! We would like to share some of our helpful ideas to quick fitness and health for all those on-the-go people, and to our brides-to-be! They are just some quick tips to staying in shape, losing that frustrating 5 lbs, or for that good snack that meets all your needs without the regret!
Try this:
Gorp Trail Mix – 5 mins (G.O.R.P. means “Good Ol Raisins & Peanuts”)
½ oz. Whole shelled almonds
¼ oz. Unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
¼ oz. Dried cranberries
1 TBsp Chopped pita dates
1 ½ tsp Chocolate chips

Fat = 6g
Saturated Fat = 1g
Choloesterol = 0g
Sodium = 29mg
Carbohydrates = 11g
Protein = 3g

· Walk 30 minutes a day! Cardio is such a great thing for the body. It keeps your heart in good health, and your muscles in good shape. If you are lucky to have a TV in front of the treadmill, then watch a good show or movie and the workout will pass in no time! If not, make a good playlist on your Ipod of your favorite songs! Or you can always bring a friend with you and walk side by side. Good conversation always makes time go faster! *If you’re a runner, then just consider that a bonus.
