Our 2009 clients have been a blast! Each engagement is full of fun and energy, and I love the opportunity to get to know the bride and groom a little bit better. Creating outstanding imagery is definitely a two way street. To achieve a truly extraordinary product both the photographer (in our case photographers) and the subject need to have an understanding of the final goal of the session. So many photographers complain about their clients not being on the same page; fortunately, I feel like my clients “get it.” Every element is crucial; location, lighting, wardrobe choice are all critical and have dramatic effects on the outcome of the sessions! So when you are beginning to plan your session try to come up with a concept or a look that you are trying to achieve and then plan your wardrobe choice and locations around the ideas that you have already developed.
