As a child, it is hard for us to understand why our mothers do what they do. Either we didn’t agree with the curfew, their opinions, or the kiss on the cheek before walking into school. Then we grow up… As a mother, I now realize that the curfews are so that your heart and mind can lay at rest knowing your child is safe in their bed. The opinions are not only their concerns, but their way of protection and love. And their kisses are because “I Love You” just isn’t enough. To all the amazing mothers in the world, you are loved and appreciated more than words can express. Thank you for all that you do.

“When you are a mother, you are never really alone in your thoughts. A mother always has to think twice, once for herself and once for her child.” ~Sophia Loren
