It sure does seem that this weather has a sense of humor! First we see snow, and then Sunday we are blessed with the warmest day we’ve seen in a long time. The beautiful weather will be here very soon!! With that said; if you are still wanting to squeeze into last year’s swimsuit or maybe just wanting to be in great shape for the summer, here are a couple small tips that could help! : )
When you have the craving for a snack, try this!
Yogurt (CarbSmart/CarbMaster)
Calories = 60-80*
Fat = 1.5g
Cholesterol = 5-10g*
Sodium = 100mg
Potassium = 140mg
Carbohydrates = 4g
Fiber = 0-1g*
Sugar = 3g
Protein = 8-12g*
Low in sugar/fat/carbohydrates.

Drink LOTS of water! In general, it is always good to keep your body hydrated; however, it is also good to help get rid of that extra bloat feeling. If you do not drink enough water, then in order for your body to stay hydrated, it will store away what it needs. So drinking lots of H2O will allow your body to get rid of any excess water, reducing the feeling and look of bloating.
