My affinity for this quiet little town was quite clear in my last post, but I could not help myself and had to post a few more photos from our weekend excursion. We were introduced to so many wonderful people while  in Madison, and touched by the true sense of community that was expressed by all of the locals we had the pleasure of meeting. Many of the buildings were built in the early 1800′s and it was refreshing to be in a place where my imagination could run free.  Paul and I walked hand in hand down main street with the local real-estate guide dreaming of the possibilities that might be in our future.  I was smitten with all of the old buildings that are just waiting to be restored.  (Waiting to be turned into a super-awesome photography studio!)

The Artisan Gallery on Main Street deserves special mention. We had the privilege of meeting the owners and were in love with the beautiful tables that are displayed in their gallery.  Each table is a beautifully crafted piece of art, and I cannot wait until I can display one in my home.
