Christine - Great shot of the couple on the carriage. I love the water reflection. Amazing!

I love Lucy!

I make little attempt to hide my infatuation with weddings, and fortunately my career choice is completely compatible.  Paul and I were married seven years ago in June, but it is not unlikely that you might find a current bridal magazine floating around the house somewhere.  Considering that about half of my Saturdays are spent at these celebrations…I might need to find a 12 step support group. With that said, this time it is personal! My baby sister is getting married…in November, after a brief four month engagement. This past weekend was packed with wedding related festivities, including the lingerie shower on Saturday night and the kitchen shower on Sunday.  My mom hosted the 1950′s themed kitchen shower, complete with a vintage dress, pearls, high heels and apron. The pictures say it all! ENJOY

Shellee - Adorable! And a fantastic idea for a wedding shower.

kittens

I LOVE kittens!  It must be the little girl in me, but I am so enamored with those two little fur balls. It was way back in elementary school when I begged and pleaded with my parents to allow me to have my first kitten, and at last they relented.  After years of being content with a stuffed animal for a pet, I was allowed to have my very own kitty.  Barlow was tiger stripped and descended from a long linage of sturdy farm cats.  The kitty was from my grandma’s and when I was in Ohio visiting my grandparents a few weeks ago…I could not resist. Oh, too cute!  XOimg_2973img_2948img_2964

Deanna - Oh my goodness… they are soooo cute!!! If I didn’t already have so many cats, I might just come steal them away from you! ;) xoxo

Kaycee & Jeffrey *Engagement*

I love it when we already know the couples that we get to work with.  Often, it is a friend of a friend…bridesmaid…groomsmen or in this case a brother.  We shot the lovely Chelsey and J.W.’s wedding a couple of years ago, which is when we met Jeffrey…J.W.’s brother and best man. Jeffrey and Kaycee are such a fun loving and relaxed couple and I completely fell in love with them when we first met, and cannot wait to photograph their wedding in November.  XOtn-0014
